A few times, yes. Last year I took a two-day workshop on data analytics. It was very hands-on, so I actually use what I learned almost every week.
네, 몇 번요. 작년에 데이터 분석 이틀짜리 워크숍을 들었어요. 실습 위주라서 배운 걸 거의 매주 실제로 쓰고 있어요.
Q2. Have you ever been involved in overseas training?
Not yet, unfortunately. If I got the chance, I'd love to go to Singapore — our partner office there runs great marketing workshops.
아쉽게도 아직요. 기회가 된다면 싱가포르에 가고 싶어요. 거기 파트너 지사에서 훌륭한 마케팅 워크숍을 운영하거든요.
Q3. What was the best lesson you've had in online training so far?
A course on writing better emails, believe it or not. It was short and practical, and it changed how I write every single day. Small skill, big difference.
믿기 어렵겠지만 이메일 잘 쓰기 강의였어요. 짧고 실용적이었는데, 매일 쓰는 글쓰기가 달라졌어요. 작은 기술인데 차이는 컸죠.
Q4. What are the pros and cons of online learning?
On the plus side, you can learn at your own pace, anywhere. On the downside, it's easy to lose focus, and you miss asking questions in person.
좋은 점은 어디서든 자기 속도로 배울 수 있다는 거예요. 아쉬운 점은 집중을 잃기 쉽고, 직접 질문할 기회가 없다는 거죠.
Q5. If you were in charge of training in your company, what skills would you focus on?
Soft skills, definitely — communication and giving feedback. Technical skills get outdated, but knowing how to work with people never does.
단연 소프트 스킬이요. 소통과 피드백하는 법이요. 기술은 금방 낡지만, 사람과 일하는 법은 절대 낡지 않으니까요.
