Mixed feelings, honestly. My current boss is a good listener, so I'd be sad to see him go. But a new boss can also bring fresh energy and new ideas.
솔직히 복잡해요. 지금 상사가 잘 들어주는 분이라 떠나면 아쉬울 거예요. 하지만 새 상사는 신선한 에너지와 새로운 아이디어를 가져올 수도 있죠.

My first team lead. She was hands-off but always available — she trusted us with the work, but the moment you got stuck, she was there. I still look up to her.
제 첫 팀장님이요. 간섭하지 않으면서도 늘 곁에 있었어요. 일은 믿고 맡기되, 막히는 순간엔 바로 도와주셨죠. 지금도 그분을 존경해요.

Absolutely. Some people are born leaders, sure, but most leadership skills — listening, deciding, giving feedback — can be learned with practice.
물론이죠. 타고난 리더도 있지만, 경청·결정·피드백 같은 리더십 역량 대부분은 연습으로 배울 수 있어요.
Q4. Do you think your company has good leadership?
To put it diplomatically — mostly yes, with room for improvement. Our executives communicate well, but decisions sometimes take too long to reach the teams.
조심스럽게 말하자면, 대체로 좋지만 개선의 여지도 있어요. 경영진의 소통은 좋은데, 결정이 팀까지 내려오는 데 가끔 너무 오래 걸려요.
Q5. Who, in your opinion, is the greatest leader in your country's history?
For me, King Sejong. He invented the Korean alphabet so ordinary people could read and write. He brought out the best in his people — that's real leadership.
저는 세종대왕이요. 백성들이 읽고 쓸 수 있도록 한글을 만드셨잖아요. 백성의 최고의 모습을 끌어낸 것 — 그게 진짜 리더십이죠.
