Q1. How do you get to work? Do you drive or take public transportation?
I take public transportation — the subway, mostly. Driving in this city is a nightmare, and parking costs a fortune.
Q2. How long does it take to get to work?
About fifty minutes door to door. It's not too bad if I leave before eight — after that, the trains get packed.
Q3. What time did you clock in this morning?
I clocked in at about eight forty. I like to get there twenty minutes early so I can have coffee before things start.
Q4. How was the traffic today?
Terrible, actually. There was an accident on the main road, so it was bumper to bumper the whole way. I'm glad I wasn't driving.
Q5. What do you do while commuting?
I usually listen to a podcast or catch up on the news. Sometimes I just close my eyes — it's the only quiet time I get all day.
